Vendor Participant Booths
We are pleased to offer vendor booths at the Buddy Walk® free of charge to businesses and organizations in our community that provide services for special needs families and individuals. Booth space is limited, so get your application in today!
Booth Application and General information

The Buddy Walk® and Family Fun Day will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Pedrick Pond Park.

Booth space is limited. Applications will be accepted based on activities/exhibits being offered.

You are encouraged to offer a family-friendly component/activity at your booth.

Booth space is 10x10. All booths are outdoors.

A 10x10 tent, 6-foot table, and 2 chairs will be provided for
you by DSFT. -
Booth set up begins at 7:30 a.m. on October 19th.

Booths must be set up by 8:30 a.m. and disassembled by
1:00 p.m. -
Solicitation of funds/donations/tips, raffles, or selling of items is strictly prohibited.

Booth must be staffed during the duration of the event and may not break down early.

Confirmation packets including set-up instructions, map, and schedule will be emailed in September.

*INDEMNIFICATION STATEMENT
The Organization/Business/Vendor/Individual shall indemnify and hold harmless National Down Syndrome Society, Down Syndrome Foundation of Tallahassee, Buddy Walk® and Family Fun Day and all sponsors and/or partners; or any of their employees, agents, or agencies from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses including attorney’s fees arising out of or resulting from the approval of permit and use of property for the Buddy Walk® and Family Fun Day. In any and all claims against said Buddy Walk® and Family Fun Day sponsors and/or partners; or any of their employees, agents, or agencies by any employee of the Organization/Business/Vendor/Individual or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by the Organization/Business/Vendor/Individual or by any third party to whom a Partner or Partners may be liable, the indemnification obligation under this paragraph shall not be limited in any way by any limitation on the amount or type of damages, compensation or benefits payable by or for the individual under state or federal law.
